[IPython-dev] pyreadline question

Moved from a thread in ipython-user.

I tried to add this to ipy_user_conf.py. But I believe that file is 
executed after readline is imported which won't work.

But perhaps we could apply the patch and continue to think about how to 
best expose the configuration.
