Sorry,
You are right !
It has to do with the fact that I use pylab with 'wx' 
If I don't then it works....

More clearly : 

if in the config file of ipython I add 

 c.IPKernelApp.pylab = 'wx' 

then ctrl-C does not work properly, otherwise, it does.

Is there a way to avoid that ?
