[IPython-user] run/load a saved file

Hi,
I "stored a session" into a file yesterday, with %save, and I had to
stop working.
I cleaned the file into I saved my work, and now, I would like to go on,
but I fisrt have to "load" the file.
What's the "magic" to load a file? 
The file is not a standalone program yet, it's just exerimental lines
where I defined some (many) variables.
