You have a matplotlib build problem: the agg module (critical to matplotlib's 
functionality) for some reason was incorrectly built.  This is beyond my 
expertise on matplotlib build issues, so I think you'll need to ask on the 
matplotlib user list, where those who know such details well (the matlplotlib 
developers) can give you a hand.
