[IPython-user] problems with windows install

I am trying to setup a new windows install and am having trouble
getting pygtk and gtk for the GIMP to play nice together.  I thought I
had uninstalled everything that was causing a problem but my iPython
prompt looks like this:


  Welcome to pylab, a matplotlib-based Python environment.
  For more information, type 'help(pylab)'.

What am I doing wrong (besides running windows)?
