[IPython-user] link to ipython trac site not working

When I attempted to access the link
http://projects.scipy.org/ipython/ipython from the ipython developer
web page, I observed the following error:

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /ipython/ipython.

Reason: DNS lookup failure for: ipython.scipy.org
