[IPython-user] Suppressing embedded ipython output

Hi,
I am using ipython embedded in my own code. Ipython runs code/commands that
I pass
by using "runlines". When I tell the embedded ipython to run a python file,
it prints out
the usual error message to a terminal window. I would like to suppress this
behavior
in the terminal and instead save the error message for my processing.
Any tips on it?
Best,
Minjae
