[IPython-User] IPython parallel functionality added to http://wiki.python.org/moin/ParallelProcessing

I was surprised that IPython's parallel computation functionality was 
not mentioned in the Python wiki here:

   http://wiki.python.org/moin/ParallelProcessing

So I added a short description, in the spirit of the others on that 
page. Feel free to revise it if you think it could be better.

For the users I support, IPython's parallelism has been simple to 
understand and use. I chose it over several of the alternatives listed 
in the wiki.
