[IPython-User] Disabling color in IPython

OK, see https://github.com/ipython/ipython/issues/849.  By the way,
I'm pretty sure I used TerminalInterativeShell.colors instead of
InteractiveShell.colors because that was the default in the
automatically created skeleton profile.
