[IPython-User] Notebook 404: Not Found

Thanks for a great product.

I use the notebook extensively for my work.

U recently aquired a new PC and installed Ubuntu 12.04. If I launch the
notebook through the terminal it opens in Chrome as it should. If I
click on a notebook to open it I get a "404: Not Found" with
"http://127.0.0.1:8888/undefined176b10b4-811b-45a3-9223-5949796e60c5"
in the address bar.

Even if I create a new notebook and save it, it can't be re-opened and
the same happens.
