[IPython-User] IPython notebook produces no output on Windows 7

I have at least 3 connexions per notebook I start…
That is strange. 
Right now I have no clue what could be preventing your notebook from working.

[IPKernelApp] To connect another client to this kernel, use:

I would still look for proxy issues or try with the computer disconnect from the network. 
If nothing works try opening an issue on github.
