[IPython-User] Error with loading IPython profile passes sliently

For some time, my IPython profile has not been loading, which has perplexed
and annoyed me.  I finally figured out that it was because an error was
being raised when executing it .

Is there a reason why this error wasn't shown to me when loading IPython?
 It seems that "errors should never pass silently."
