[IPython-User] Launching Notebook Fail

Hi Thomas,

Many thanks for getting back to me. (Quietly going crazy on this side :)

Netstat tells me that there is nothing established on 8888

Would you have recommendations on how to test the websocket connection?

I don't think that it is the firewall, because websockets are normally
treated like html.  I am checking this with IT though.
