[IPython-User] IPython bash completions

[Aaron Meurer]

ipython --<TAB> gives nothing, and ipython --c<TAB> (for example)
gives nothing.  The only completions that I see are ipython <TAB>,
which shows the possible subcommands like qtconsole or notebook (and
also all the files in the current directory).
