[IPython-User] IPython.core.display.SVG -- image sizing

I have code like this right now in an IPython Notebook:

```python
from IPython.core.display import SVG
SVG(filename='us_counties_unemployment_2009.svg')
```

But it always gives me a fixed size output, and I need a smaller (or
resizable) image. I have the file on disk, so ideally I'd like to just do:

```html
<img src='us_counties_unemployment_2009.svg'>
```

but that doesn't work either.

Any suggestions?

TIA!

Ian
