[IPython-User] Getting deepreload to work by default

One striking difference: you have GCC 4.8.1; I have GCC 4.2.1 on both Macs
("Compatible Apple LLVM 4.2 (clang-425.0.28)") but GCC 4.6.3 on Ubuntu.

I will see if I can't get a more current version of GCC in place.
