Yes. If you install EPD Free and update as described here:
https://support.enthought.com/entries/22415022-using-enpkg-to-update-epd-packages
then you will have Ipython 0.13.1 including notebook
Also note that the next generation EPD GUI, now in beta, integrates both
QtConsole and Notebook
