[Numpy-discussion] Is there a known problem compiling numpy with VC7? Success

I think it's probably O.K. as long as it doesn't produce errors on other 
systems (and it doesn't on mine).

I thought I fixed minrelpath too by doing a search and replace.  Perhaps 
this did not help.
