[Numpy-discussion] Matlab page on scipy wiki

Anyone know what the terms are for redistribution of applications built with
Matlab?  I searched around their site a bit but couldn't find anything
conclusive.  One page seemed to be saying there was a per-application fee
for distributing a matlab-based application, but other pages made it sound
more like it was no extra charge.   If the former, then that's another point
that should go in the 'key differences' section.
