Which page is that? Please help me make it less confusing...
The word is numpy.

Go to http://numeric.scipy.org (which is the homepage of the numpy
project page at sourceforge)
For scipy, go to http://new.scipy.org which should be moved over to
http://www.scipy.org in the near future.
