[Numpy-discussion] Verbose output from setup.py --help intentional?

Hi,

Sorry if this is low priority, but I noticed that the output from
setup.py --help is more than 400 lines. Also the output of (e.g)
setup.py --help install and setup.py install --help differ (also more
than 400 lines).
