Thats what I did, but patching working copies of files has been 
troublesome in the past when svn conflicts have wiggled their way into 
shipped builds.

0.6c3. I think 0.6c1 did _not_ tag it as zip safe either. Guess I'll 
just update setuptools on our build system.
