[Numpy-discussion] numpy-1.1.1rc2 Mac binary - Please Test.

Robert,

numpy/core/tests/test_ma.py is an old file from a previous install.  You
need to remove the numpy directory and reinstall.

Unfortunately the installer does not cleanup old installs.
