This issue is fixed in SVN. So, either use numpy from svn,
or wait a bit until numpy 1.0.5 is released, or change the
line #1222 in numpy/f2py/rules.py to

  for l in ('\n\n'.join(funcwrappers2)+'\n').split('\n'):
