[Numpy-discussion] array gymnastics

There has got to be a simple way to do this, but I'm just not seeing it.

>>> a = array([[1,2,3,4,5,6],
              [7,8,9,10,11,12]])
>>> b = array([21,22,23,24,25,26])

What I want to end up with is :

c = array([[1,7,21],
           [2,8,22],
            ......
           [6,12,26]])
