I added this to the module docstring.

The info that would still be useful is how the functions that are exposed in
fftpack_lite are subtly different from the older Fortran functions. Charles
mentioned zerofill for example. Those funcs are:
cfftb
cfftf
cffti
rfftb
rfftf
rffti
