[Numpy-discussion] 1.5.0 release notes

Hi all,

Can I ask all of you to please check if there's anything you still have to
add to the release notes for 1.5.0 by this Sunday?

Also, what is the status of PEP 3118 compatibility? Can someone who knows
write a few sentences on that?
