[Numpy-discussion] BUG: NumPy exposes the wrong include directory

Hi all,

Without this patch, numpy.distutils is broken on, amongs others,
Ubuntu.  This prohibits packages such as Enthought's Enable from being
built successfully.

Would anyone object if I applied it to trunk?
