Do what the message says, the first address is readonly. You can change the
settings in .git/config, mine looks like

[core]
        repositoryformatversion = 0
        filemode = true
        bare = false
        logallrefupdates = true
[remote "origin"]
        fetch = +refs/heads/*:refs/remotes/origin/*
        url = git@github.com:charris/numpy
[branch "master"]
        remote = origin
        merge = refs/heads/master
[remote "upstream"]
        url = git@github.com:numpy/numpy
        fetch = +refs/heads/*:refs/remotes/upstream/*
[alias]
        mb = merge --no-ff

Where upstream is the numpy repository.
