I'll bite.  Here's an issue that prevents Sage from upgrading to 1.6.2 
from 1.5.1: https://github.com/numpy/numpy/issues/291

People are actively working on it (Thanks!  Travis commented 13 hours 
ago about the root of the problem, I think).
