 Right now there's a 'view my tickets' entry in the canned reports.  I
 expected this to show me all the ones I've submitted, but apparenly it is
 'my tickets' from the maintainer's point of view, not the user's.

 It would be nice if there were also a canned report for viewing all the
 tickets ''submitted'' by the logged in user.

 And probably "view my tickets" should be replaced by something less
 ambiguous, like "view tickets I'm assigned" or "view tickets I submitted".
