 I think there should be a link on the left side of the SciPy.org homepage
 like there used to be. The reporter is correct: finding the trac site is
 like finding a way out of the Minotaur's maze without a ball of thread.
 There should be a big flashing sign saying REPORT BUGS HERE. Telling naive
 bug reporters to RTFM is not the way to go.
