 As far as I can tell I have all the necessary libraries for MKL in
 site.cfg. MKL has an interface that is compatible with FFTW, but I don't
 think that comes into play here.

 I also can't quite figure out where _destroy_zmkl_caches comes from.

 Another interesting tidbit is the trailing underscores in the other
 unresolves symbols, e.g., _dfftb_ referenced in function _drfft. Those
 look like FFTPACK symbols.
