 Is this a defect or a doc problem ? Do I understand right that add_header
 install in prefix/include instead of numpy/core/..., and that's the reason
 why it should not be used in numpy/scipy ?

 Maybe we could use a warning to say the function is deprecated, or
 something, and add in distutils.txt why it should not be used ?
