 I didn't mean to remove it, just a warning.

 In DISTUTILS.txt, it is said not to use it, but not why, which is the
 topic of the ticket. That's why I wanted to confirm the reason, and if I
 understand the reason right, to add one word in the DISTUTILS.txt and add
 something in the FAQ, so that we can close this ticket.
