 This is the same as in http://projects.scipy.org/numpy/ticket/1320 (which
 was closed) but no one has yet fixed the 0.7.1 Windows binary package
 available for download from SourceForge.  And, of course, compiling scipy
 is not exactly trivial.

 Could someone recompile the binary on the website BEFORE closing this
 ticket?
