 That is a bug report about scipy 0.6.0 with few details. The build log is
 also not for 0.7.2. Can you report

   * numpy version
   * scipy version
   * compiler versions
   * actual problems if any (test failures, import errors, ...)

 And please attach a relevant build log to this ticket.
