 This will happen when running coverage.py (like I assume you did) or
 anything else that creates new files in site-packages/numpy.  For python
 3.2 there are also {{{__pycache__}}} dirs left, see discussion at
 http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.python.numeric.general/43542

 The most robust solution would be to just remove the whole dir that numpy
 is installed into, no matter what else is in there. ATM the uninstaller
 simply tries to remove files it put there itself, which is not enough.
