 Ah, that does work. I tried that before but it seemed to hang. pip is just
 thinking for a long time without telling me what it's doing.

 Okay, works for both install methods, and normal {{{python setup.py
 install}}} works too.  So job done I think.  How do you want me to credit
 you, is it "E.M. Bray"?

My example project
