 I have run few tests that have touched the changed code, so I think the
 risk of breakage is low.

 Note that the changeset fixes bugs in features that people (as it now
 turned out) rarely use
 and there exist ways to work around these bugs as reported in f2py ml. If
 there is no other
 issues fixed for the 2nd RC, then the current issue could wait for the
 next RC that has
 more important issues fixed.
