 Documentation is missing in the current *default* version:
 http://docs.scipy.org/doc/numpy/reference/routines.array-manipulation.html
 that is present in an older version:
 http://docs.scipy.org/doc/numpy-1.6.0/reference/routines.array-
 manipulation.html

 I don't know how that could possibly have happened, but this is pretty
 serious and it should be fixed.
