[SciPy-dev] Anyone out there have the latest ATLAS (3.1.13) for windows/PIII

Ok.  Maybe I need to update cygwin -- I'll try that.  I don't think that is
the problem though.

Since they are Athlon, won't they have the 3DNow stuff in them?  If so, I
don't think they'll run on my PIII.  Thanks though.  Maybe someone else has
the same for a PIII?

It'd be better if updating cygwin solves my problem.
