[SciPy-dev] New user's guides available

I just wanted to point out to everyone that first drafts of the following documents are available now on the scipy.org web site:

- Chaco User's Guide
- Chaco plt Module User's Guide
- Traits User's Guide

All documents are available in both HTML and PDF format, and are available from their respective web pages:

Feedback on any of these documents will be greatly appreciated...
