[SciPy-dev] blas missing functions

Dear scipy developper,

I try to use blas from scipy.
I have found all the blas level 1 functions in fblas. But they are only a 
small number of level 2 and 3 functions in fblas or cblas

For exemple i want the dger function.

It is an installation problem ?

Why these functions are not defined in generic_fblas{2,3}.pyf ?

Is it a waste of time to add this funtion ?
