[SciPy-dev] Doc tool poll results

After 3 days, the doc tool poll shows the greatest number of votes for LyX,
with pure LaTeX in 2nd place. I suggest, then, that LyX be the "standard"
tool, with plain LaTeX as an output option for those who prefer other tools.
(And of course, we will try to accommodate contributions in any other
format.)

I'll put together a wiki page with links to tools and converters.
