[SciPy-dev] arrayobject.c modification for Solaris support

Hi Travis,

I moved a couple of C++ like variable declarations in arrayobject.c so 
that I could build scipy_core with the native Solaris compilers.  All of 
my regression tests and scipy_core unittests now pass.
