[SciPy-dev] absoft.py patch for newcore

The attached patch puts the same fixes into newcore's absoft.py that I 
previously put over on scipy Bug Tracker for the old absoftfcompiler.py 
file.  They basically make it compatible with Absoft Version 9, the 
current version and correct a typo or two.
