Hey David

You could try this svn2svn script:

http://blog.yanime.org/articles/2006/05/15/svn2svn

You might want to try it on another repo before letting it loose on the
SciPy repository. Maybe you can modify svn2svn to just create the diffs for
you and then merge them into SciPy by hand.
