[SciPy-dev] Typo in docstrings

Some typos for some functions docstrings:

signal.qmr : residucal instead of residual

signal : misses invresz()
medfilt2 instead of medfilt2d

signal.wiener in the description it's not kernel_size but mysize

I found another typo before, but I forgot where. Next time, I'll send it
directly to the list.
