[SciPy-dev] Offer to help with Scipy.sparse

Hello Scipy folk,

I have been authorized to contribute changes to Scipy.sparse to do a lot 
of tidying of the code, including error message clarification, 
augmenting and improving the dok_matrix class, and a number of other 
small changes.   I work with scipy.sparse all the time, so have them 
lying around in seperate fork, and I would like to mainline them.  How 
do I submit them?
